Client Advisor Private Clients 80% - 100% | Sales and Client Advice | Wetzikon, Pfäffikon ZH and Bauma | Experienced Professional

Tasks

• Approaching our customers in the reception area, recognizing their potential and identifying their needs
• Arranging appointments by telephone and conducting holistic consultations
• Advising private and retail customers in the areas of payments (account and card range), savings, investments and pensions
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Acquiring new customers and new clients as well as recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Processing cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers and safe facilities

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in advising and selling basic financial products an advantage
• Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
• Flexibility and willingness to rotate jobs in the Wetzikon, Pfäffikon ZH and Bauma branches
• Your communicative, trustworthy manner and confident demeanor are appreciated
• You score points with your high acquisition, sales and service orientation
