Client Advisor Private Clients 80% -100% | Sales and Client Advisory Services | Winterthur | Experienced professionals

Your tasks

• Advising private and retail customers in the areas of payments (account and card range), savings, investments and pensions
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Acquiring new customers and recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Processing cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers and safe facilities
• Option to take on the role of practical trainer

Your profile

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training with sound professional experience
• Many years of experience in advising and selling basic financial products
• Enthusiasm for active customer advice and a strong affinity for digital channels
• High flexibility to work within three working models and willingness to deliver results-oriented overall performance
• Your communicative, trustworthy personality and confident manner are convincing in customer contact
• You are characterized by a strong acquisition, sales and service orientation
