Client Advisor Private Clients Winterthur & Stettbach 80% -100% | Sales and Client Advisory Services | Winterthur | Professionals

Your tasks

• Customer service; saving, investing and retirement planning
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Acquiring new customers and new clients as well as recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Processing of cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions as well as management of balancing machines, recyclers and safe facilities
• Option to take on the role of practice trainer

Your profile

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training with sound professional experience
• Longer experience in advising and selling basic financial products
• Enthusiasm for active customer advice and a strong affinity for digital channels
• High flexibility to work within three working models and willingness to work regular Saturday shifts
• Your communicative, trustworthy personality and confident manner are convincing in customer contact
• You are characterized by a strong acquisition, sales and service orientation
