Your tasks

• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Scheduling appointments and conducting comprehensive counseling sessions
• Acquiring new customers and identifying and addressing customer needs
• Processing cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metals transactions, as well as managing ATMs, cash recyclers, and safe deposit boxes

Your profile

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent banking training, such as that offered by CFP or other recognized institutions
• Several years of experience in advising clients and selling financial and basic products
• Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
• High flexibility and ability to work well with others
• A communicative, trustworthy manner and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers
• Strong focus on business development, sales, and customer service
• Willingness to work shifts (alternating between approximately 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.)
