Tasks

• Determining needs, taking into account individual wishes and goals and recognizing potential
• Advising private clients in the areas of payments, savings, investments and pensions
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Arranging appointments and conducting holistic consultations
• Acquiring new customers and recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Processing cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers and safe facilities

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in advising and selling financial and basic products
• Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
• High flexibility & ability to work in a team
• Your communicative, trustworthy manner and confident demeanor will benefit you in customer contact
• You score points with your high acquisition, sales and service orientation
• Willingness to work shifts (alternating between approx. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., or 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.)
