Client advisor:in Private clients
Zürcher Kantonalbank is seeking an experienced client advisor for private clients (60–80%) in Zurich who will take charge of the Witikon branch and drive client advisory services and new business development. The position requires a completed banking training program, several years of professional experience in the financial sector, and a strong focus on service and sales.
Your tasks

- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
- Acquiring new customers and identifying and capitalizing on customer needs
- Processing cash transactions, including currency exchange and precious metals transactions, as well as managing ATMs, cash recyclers, and safe deposit boxes
- Option to serve as a clinical instructor
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking training, such as that offered by the CFP or other recognized institutions
- Several years of practical professional experience in consulting and sales of financial and capital market products
- Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
- Your communication skills and trustworthy demeanor will serve you well in your ongoing interactions with customers
- You’ll stand out thanks to your strong focus on business development, sales, and customer service
