Zürcher Kantonalbank is seeking an experienced client advisor for private clients at its headquarters in downtown Zurich within the Sales and Advisory division (80–100%). The position requires a completed banking apprenticeship, several years of sales experience, and a strong focus on client acquisition and service.
Your tasks
- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent, offered by CYP or other recognized institutions
- Several years of experience in consulting and sales of financial products
- Enjoyment in Customer Service
- Strong communication skills
- You score points with your high acquisition, sales and service orientation
- Willingness to work shifts (e.g., 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., or 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
