Your tasks

• Advising private customers in the areas of payments (account and card range), savings, investments and pensions
• Recognizing potential and identifying needs
• Arranging appointments by telephone and conducting holistic consultations
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Acquiring new customers and recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Processing cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions as well as managing bank accounts
• Option to take on the role of practice trainer

Your profile

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Experience in advising and selling basic financial products
• Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
• Communicative, trustworthy manner as well as a confident appearance and service orientation
• You score points with your high acquisition, sales and service orientation
• English, French, Italian or other languages are an advantage
