As a customer advisor for private clients at the personnel bank in Zurich, you will be responsible for independently supporting and advising clients and assisting them with their financial needs. Your tasks
- Independently supporting and accompanying our customers—active and retired employees, including partners
- Comprehensive advice on accounts and cards, investments, and retirement planning
- Actively identifying and communicating further customer needs
- Responding to all inquiries about our basic services by telephone or in person
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training with relevant professional experience
- Experience in advising and selling basic financial products
- Affinity for digital channels
- Enjoyment of active customer service and a focus on sales and service
- Excellent manners, confident demeanor, and trustworthy personality
