Tasks

- Advising private customers on payments, savings, investments, and pensions - Guiding our customers into the digital world - Arranging appointments and conducting comprehensive consultations - Acquiring new customers and identifying and communicating further customer needs - Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions, as well as managing ATMs, recyclers, and safe deposit boxes - Option to take on the role of practical trainer

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent banking training
• Several years of practical experience in advising on and selling financial and banking products
• Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
• Communicative, trustworthy manner and confident demeanor
• High acquisition, sales and service orientation
• Support flexibility at other locations
