Raiffeisenbank Dornach is looking for a committed and service-oriented person as a customer advisor to manage front office operations, process customer enquiries and expand the customer base. The position offers a varied workplace with interesting tasks and demanding challenges.

Customer advisor:in 50 -100 %

Tasks

  • Shared responsibility for ensuring front office operations (looking after the cash desk, processing cash and ATM orders, ordering money during vacation absences)
  • Co-responsibility for a flawless process and compliance with the entire customer processing
  • Processing and forwarding customer concerns to the relevant specialist departments
  • Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
  • Collaboration in target group-specific marketing activities such as contact campaigns, events and representative tasks

Requirements

  • Strong enjoyment of customer contact with a high level of service and good communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and sales-oriented personality with a winning demeanor
  • Ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
  • Independent, precise and responsible way of working
  • Great flexibility and ability to work in a team
