Customer advisor:in 50 -100 %Tasks
- Shared responsibility for ensuring front office operations (looking after the cash desk, processing cash and ATM orders, ordering money during vacation absences)
- Co-responsibility for a flawless process and compliance with the entire customer processing
- Processing and forwarding customer concerns to the relevant specialist departments
- Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
- Collaboration in target group-specific marketing activities such as contact campaigns, events and representative tasks
Requirements
- Strong enjoyment of customer contact with a high level of service and good communication skills
- Enthusiastic and sales-oriented personality with a winning demeanor
- Ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
- Independent, precise and responsible way of working
