Tasks
- Shared responsibility for ensuring smooth front office operations (e.g. supervision of the cash counter, management of cash dispensers, cash management)
- Comprehensive advice for customers on the basic products of payments, savings and pensions
- Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support of the customer portfolio managed by the team
- Committed cooperation in campaigns to acquire new customers and perform representative tasks
Requirements
- Experience in the same or a similar function
- Good knowledge of figures, savings and pensions
- Registration-capable and service-oriented personality with a confident and professional demeanor
- Independent, efficient and responsible way of working
