Customer advisor

Raiffeisenbank Schänis-Amden is looking for a customer advisor (80-100%) to support customers and provide advisory services. The position also includes working at the reception desk, marketing activities and representative tasks.

Job description: Customer advisor

Tasks

  • Assistance at the reception desk, processing and transferring customers to the relevant departments
  • Independent implementation of advisory services (basic advice with basic solutions, pension and investment advice) and preparation of advice-relevant documents for inclusion in the client's decision-making process
  • Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support
  • Collaboration in marketing measures and performing representative tasks
  • Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers

Requirements

  • Banking training or banking experience (preferably with further training in economics or banking)
  • Enjoy intensive customer contact
  • Service-oriented thinking and acting
  • Winning, competent and professional appearance
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, resilience
  • Great flexibility and ability to work in a team
