Customer Service Representative (Counter), 50% - Sense District
Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a teller (50%) in Plaffeien, in the Sense district, to advise customers at the teller window and build relationships with them. For this position, native German, a good command of French, and experience in the banking industry are a plus.
Your responsibilities will include, in particular,
- They assist our customers at the counter in the Sense district
- They identify potential opportunities to offer complementary products or services.
- You maintain and build customer relationships
- They assist their colleagues with administrative tasks
Your profile
- Experience in advising clients in the banking sector is preferred
- Banking training is an asset
- Native German speaker with a good command of French
- Sales skills are a plus
- Enjoy direct customer contact
