Customer Service Representative

Job description

We are looking for a customer service representative for our consulting center in the Consulting/Compliance department. This is a part-time position (60–100%).

Tasks

- You will independently handle valuation-related assessment assignments from the Legal & Compliance department—primarily regarding the refusal of freelance work—and ensure the quality of the results. - You will monitor deadlines and tasks and complete them on time. - You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes, thereby contributing to their further development.

Requirements

- You have professional training and extensive experience in the field of compliance. You are well-versed in due diligence (VSB) and tax compliance (AIA, FATCA). - You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in German; knowledge of English is a plus. - Your interpersonal and communication skills round out your profile. - Your dedication and openness will quickly make you a valuable team member.
