Customer advisor
The position of client advisor at St.Galler Kantonalbank involves preparing proposals and providing administrative support to client advisors. The ideal candidate has completed commercial training in the financial sector and has professional experience in private banking.
Tasks
- You will create high-quality, compelling proposals and follow up on them.
- When customer service representatives are absent, you will fill in for them in administrative duties.
Requirements
- You have completed a business apprenticeship in the financial sector.
- You already have professional experience in a similar position, ideally in private banking.
- You enjoy tackling complex challenges and performing a variety of tasks.
- You are familiar with banking IT (applications) and MS Office programs.
- You are known as a reliable person with a meticulous approach to work and a strong interest in the investment business.
- You have a very good command of German and English.
