Customer Service Representative

Tasks

As a customer service representative, you will support our branch in St. Gallen or our new branch in Brugg. You interact with customers in an empathetic and respectful manner and enjoy working independently and with precision.

Requirements

- You have completed vocational training or have comparable basic training. - You enjoy interacting with customers and treat them with empathy and respect. - You enjoy working independently and with precision; you are reliable and demonstrate initiative and a high degree of personal responsibility. - You support us with your professional and confident demeanor as well as your communication skills.
