Customer Service Representative

Tasks
- You will independently handle value-added processes and inquiries related to Legal & Compliance by ensuring that results are proactively communicated and responsibly presented.
- You will manage your scheduled appointments and tasks and prepare for any deadlines, completion dates, etc.
- You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes, thereby contributing to their further development.
Requirements
- You have a background in banking and extensive experience in compliance. You are well-versed in due diligence (VSB) and tax compliance (AIA, FATCA).
- You have a sophisticated and professional command of written and spoken German. Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Your professional conduct and communication skills round out your profile.
