Customer Service Representative
St. Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a customer service representative to work 50–60% of full-time hours in Trübbach, providing support to customers and offering financial services. The position requires a completed banking apprenticeship or comparable basic training, as well as a passion for customer service and the ability to work independently.
Tasks
- You will assist your colleagues at the Trübbach branch as needed. - You will regularly prepare commissioned and non-commissioned financial statements related to financial services.Requirements
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship or have comparable basic training.
- You enjoy interacting with customers and treat them with kindness and respect.
- You enjoy working independently and with precision, are reliable, and demonstrate initiative and a high level of self-motivation.
- With your professional and confident demeanor and strong communication skills, you will provide support.
Working hours
Your set workdays are Thursday and Friday; the remaining days can be arranged flexibly by mutual agreement.We offer
