Tasks

- You will independently handle customer-focused and communication-related tasks related to customer relations and support your colleagues at the Trübbach branch. - You will assist your colleagues at the Basel branch as needed.

Requirements

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship or have comparable basic training.
• You enjoy interacting with customers and treat them with kindness and respect.
• You enjoy working independently and with precision, are reliable, and demonstrate initiative and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• You are interested in presenting yourself in a professional and confident manner and in developing your communication skills.

Working conditions

- Your days off are Thursday and Friday; the remaining days can be arranged flexibly by mutual agreement.
