Customer Service Representative

The job posting is seeking a customer service representative for the customer service center in Zurich, who will advise and assist customers while also monitoring compliance requirements. The position requires training in banking, experience in compliance, and strong communication skills.

Tasks

  • You will independently handle value-added due diligence assignments for Legal & Compliance—primarily key contracts—and be responsible for the legal review of revenue.
  • You will take on the assignments assigned to you and complete them independently and on time.
  • You will actively participate in the ongoing review of processes, thereby contributing to their further development.

Requirements

  • You have a background in banking and extensive experience in compliance.
  • You are well-versed in meticulous work (VSB) and tax compliance (AEOI, FATCA).
  • You have completed a relevant, in-depth training program—typically lasting several years—and/or have relevant international experience in Germany.
  • Your strong communication skills round out your profile.
  • Your dedication and openness will quickly make you a valuable team member.
