Customer advisor

The role

In this exciting sales and deal-oriented advisory role, you will be responsible for processing loan applications and will be able to apply your sales flair to our first-class product range. This includes recording and checking written and telephone loan applications and developing solutions tailored to the customer's requirements. As a customer advisor, you will provide an excellent service to our customers and work closely with internal interfaces. We are looking for a new colleague to take on the following core tasks:

• Processing and reviewing incoming loan applications
• Verification of customer information and documents with regard to accuracy and authenticity
• Notification and communication of credit notes to the customer
• Telephone advice for customers on all aspects of the "BANK-now offer"
