Tasks

• Determining customer needs, taking into account individual wishes, goals and life situations, in collaboration with internal specialists as required
• Carrying out front-related administrative tasks
• Acquiring new customers and new customers in the catchment area
• Continuation of claim preparations in the sense of "the near bank"

Requirements

• Banking training or equivalent training
• Further training (completed or in training) e.g. HFBF, FA Financial Planner, Bachelor in Banking & Finance is an advantage
• Sound experience in personal customer service
• Affinity for and enjoyment of using digital technologies in the advisory process
• You score points with our customers with your flexible, trusting and extremely empathetic manner
• You are used to organizing your everyday life yourself and successfully
• Your strong acquisition personality with a pronounced sales flair rounds off your profile
• Very good knowledge of German is a prerequisite
