Customer Advisor: Private Client Assets 80% - 100% | Sales and Customer Advisory Services | Dietikon | Experienced

Tasks

• Life situations – in cooperation with internal specialists if necessary
• Realizing a long-term build-up of trust and the preservation of assets on the occasion of the generation change
• Selling standardized products and services in the areas of money transfers, investments, pensions, and real estate financing
• Performing demanding representation tasks and participating in customer events
• Opportunity to take on training activities or a specialist function in the areas of financing, investing or pensions
• Participation and collaboration in internal projects

Requirements

• Banking training or equivalent training
• Completed further training, e.g., certified financial planner/bachelor's degree in banking and finance, etc.
• Several years of experience in supporting wealthy private clients
• Affinity for and enjoyment of using digital technologies in consulting processes
• You score points with your ability to work in a team, openness and willingness to change
• Your empathetic, authentic and emotional manner leads to an emotional customer experience in all situations
