Customer Advisor: Private Client Assets 80% - 100% | Sales and Customer Advisory Services | Regensdorf | Experienced Professionals

Tasks

• Supporting and developing existing private customers
• Exploring customer needs, taking into account individual wishes, goals, and life situations—in collaboration with internal specialists, if necessary
• Selling standardized products and services in the areas of financial transactions, investments, pensions and real estate financing
• Performing demanding representation tasks and participating in customer events
• Opportunity to take on training activities or a specialist function in the areas of financing, investments or pensions
• Participate and collaborate on internal projects

Requirements

• Banking training or equivalent training
• Completed further training e.g. FA Financial Planner / Bachelor in Banking & Finance etc.
• Experience in looking after wealthy private clients
• Affinity for and enjoyment of using digital technologies in the advisory process
• You are the center of attention with your teamwork skills, openness, and willingness to embrace change.
• You are empathetic and authentic, creating an emotional customer experience in all situations.
