Tasks

• Providing customer-centered emotional and solution competence, e.g. also service relationships - if necessary in cooperation with internal specialists
• Selling standardized products and services in the areas of financial transactions, investments, pensions and real estate financing
• Carrying out all front-related administrative tasks
• Realizing a long-term build-up of trust and the preservation of assets on the occasion of the generation change
• Performing demanding representation tasks in the sense of "the near bank"
• Opportunity to take on the role of practice trainer

Requirements

• Completed banking training or equivalent training
• Further training e.g. HFBF / FA Financial Planner / Bachelor in Banking & Finance (completed or in training) - is an advantage
• Several years of experience in personal customer service
• Affinity for and enjoyment of using digital technologies in the advisory process
• You score points with your trusting, communicative and empathetic manner
• Your strong acquisition personality with a pronounced sales flair rounds off your profile
