Requirements

• Specialist banking training (or equivalent training) and corresponding further training (HF, FH, etc.)
• Sound experience in supporting wealthy private clients and very good knowledge of financing
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve ambitious team growth targets
• Empathy, authenticity and emotional intelligence for an emotional customer experience in all areas of life
• Affinity for and enjoyment of using digital technologies in the advisory process
• Openness and willingness to change
