Tasks

• Building trust and securing assets in the generation change
• Proactive sales of standardized products and services in the areas of investments, real estate financing, pensions and financial transactions
• Fulfillment of demanding representation tasks and participation in customer events
• Participation in internal projects
• Opportunity to take on training activities or a specialist role in the areas of financing, investing or pensions

Requirements

• Specialist banking training (or equivalent training) and corresponding further training (HF, FH, etc.)
• Sound experience in supporting wealthy private clients as well as very good knowledge of financing and investments
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve ambitious team growth targets
• Empathy, authenticity and emotional intelligence for an emotional customer experience in all situations
• Affinity for and enjoyment of using digital technologies in the advisory process
• Openness and willingness to change
