Customer Advisor: Private Client Assets 80% - 100% | Sales and Customer Advisory Services | Bülach | Experienced

Tasks

• Personal responsibility under the supervision of experienced employees, e.g., in sales/consulting discussions; short decision-making processes
• Sale of standardized products and services in the areas of financial transactions, investments, pensions and real estate financing
• Performing demanding representation tasks and participating in customer events
• Opportunity to take on training responsibilities or a specialist role in the areas of finance, investment, or pensions
• Participating and collaborating in internal projects

Requirements

• Banking training or equivalent training
• Completed further training e.g. FA Financial Planner / Bachelor in Banking & Finance etc.
• Several years of experience in looking after wealthy private clients
• Affinity for and enjoyment of using digital technologies in the advisory process
• You score points with your ability to work in a team, openness and willingness to change
• An empathetic, authentic and emotional approach leads to an emotional customer experience in all situations
