Tasks

  • Systematically identifying customer needs, taking into account individual wishes, goals and life situations, if necessary in collaboration with internal specialists
  • Carrying out all front-related administrative tasks
  • Shortening a long-term build-up of trust and preserving assets on the occasion of generational change
  • Performing demanding representation tasks in the sense of "the near bank"

Requirements

  • Banking training or equivalent training
  • Further training (completed or in training) e.g. HF/BF, FA Financial Planner, Bachelor in Banking & Finance
  • Sound experience in personal customer service
  • Affinity for and enjoyment of using digital technologies in the advisory process
  • Trustworthy, communicative and empathetic nature
  • Strong acquisition personality with a distinctive sales flair
