Tasks

  • Systematically identifying customer needs, taking into account individual wishes, goals and life situations, if necessary in collaboration with internal specialists
  • Carrying out all front-related administrative tasks
  • Selling long-term trust building and asset preservation on the occasion of generational change
  • Performing demanding representation tasks in the sense of "the near bank"

Requirements

  • Banking training or equivalent training
  • Further training (completed or in training) e.g. HF/BF, FA Financial Planner, Bachelor in Banking & Finance is an advantage
  • Sound experience in personal customer service
  • Affinity for and enjoyment of using digital technologies in the advisory process
  • You score points with your trusting, communicative and empathetic manner
  • Your strong acquisition personality with a pronounced sales flair rounds off your profile
