The position of Customer Advisor Leasing Sales at Zürcher Kantonalbank includes the acquisition of new customers and vendors, the management of a customer portfolio and the preparation of leasing offers and credit inquiries. Tasks

  • Acquisition of new customers and vendors, primarily in Eastern Switzerland
  • Support of a small existing customer portfolio and individual cooperation partners
  • Personal discussions with customers and clients
  • Preparation of leasing offers, credit inquiries and qualitative and quantitative development of the customer portfolio
  • Maintaining an active network with cooperation partners
  • Cross-divisional marketing work (customer events, conferences and presentations, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, participation in trade fairs, etc.)
  • Advising corporate clients and corporate clients of various sizes as well as client advisors of the cantonal banks and other partners in Eastern Switzerland
  • Recording and evaluating the annual financial statements of our customers and clients
  • Preparation and follow-up of customer meetings
  • Ensuring the high quality of business transactions
  • Independent development of needs-oriented solution proposals
  • Independent and risk-conscious approval of smaller leasing requests
  • Co-responsibility for the preparation of larger business loan applications
  • Support in the conception of new consulting models, leasing offers, projects and campaigns

Requirements

  • Completed banking training or equivalent basic training
  • Completed further training (specialist certificate, HF, Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification)
  • Several years of experience in the credit business and corresponding knowledge in the financial analysis of companies
  • Experience in the active management of a client portfolio
  • Above-average service orientation and team spirit as well as a high level of responsibility
  • Affinity and pleasure in the structured acquisition of new customers in the corporate segment
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, high negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills and enjoyment of exchange and dialog with internal and external customers
  • Very good manners and a trustworthy and winning personality
