Customer consultant sales partner

The role

We are looking for a customer service representative to join our sales team.

What we wish for

We expect you to:

• Commercial banking apprenticeship or comparable vocational training
• 2 years or more of professional experience in customer service or consumer business
• Ability to work in a team and collegial working style
• An independent and meticulous approach to work, combined with an openness to new ideas and pragmatic solutions
• High flexibility, initiative and commitment
• Excellent written and spoken German, as well as good French; knowledge of any additional languages is a plus
