Customer consultant sales partner

The role

As a Customer Service Representative for Sales Partners, you will be part of a motivated team. We place a high priority on active collaboration and mutual support, which form the foundation for achieving our ambitious goals together.

What we wish for

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

• Commercial banking apprenticeship or comparable vocational training
• 2 years or more of professional experience in customer service or the consumer credit industry
• Ability to work in a team and collegial working style
• An independent and meticulous approach to work, combined with an openness to new ideas and pragmatic solutions
• High flexibility, initiative and commitment
• Excellent written and spoken German, as well as a good command of French. Knowledge of any additional languages is a plus.
