Customer consultant sales partner
BANK-now is seeking a customer service representative to serve as a sales partner with at least two years of professional experience in customer service or consumer lending. The position is based in Horgen and requires a work schedule of 80–100%.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:- Commercial/banking apprenticeship or comparable vocational training
- 2 years or more of professional experience in customer service or the consumer credit industry
- Ability to work in a team and collegial working style
- An independent and meticulous approach to work, combined with an openness to new ideas and pragmatic solutions
- High flexibility, initiative and commitment
- Stylish written and spoken German and good French skills. Any additional languages are an advantage.
