BANK-now is seeking a customer service representative to serve as a sales partner with at least two years of professional experience in customer service or retail banking. The position is based in Horgen and requires a work schedule of 80–100%.

- Commercial/banking apprenticeship or comparable vocational training
- You have at least two years of professional experience in customer service or the retail sector
- Ability to work in a team and collegial working style
- An independent and precise way of working paired with an openness to new ideas and pragmatic approaches to solutions
- High flexibility, initiative and commitment
- Stylish written and spoken German and good French skills. Any additional languages are an advantage.
