Your tasks
- Processing customer inquiries and concerns
- Advice and support for private customers
- Sale of banking products and services
- Maintaining customer relationships
Your profile
- Completed studies or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in banking or a related field
- Very good communication and consulting skills
- Fluency in German and/or French
