Customer Service Representative

Tasks

• Consulting and support for small and medium-sized businesses on all aspects of occupational pension plans (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVG2)
• Responsible and independent guidance, as well as ongoing support for customers
• Appearances as a speaker at internal bank events
• Positioning and Representing the Bank at External Events

Requirements

• Completed basic business training (in banking or insurance)
• Completion of continuing education, ideally in the field of preventive care (specialist, advanced vocational training, federal vocational diploma, or similar)
• Passed the Insurance Broker Examination (BV) or certified financial planner with a federal certificate in insurance (Fach. FA or equivalent)
• Excellent knowledge of pension plans (BVG and individual insurance) and the pension sector; in-depth market knowledge in the area of group pension management is a plus
• An independent, responsible, and quality-conscious approach to work
• Enjoyment of customer interaction and strong skills in negotiation and presentation
• A flexible and team-oriented person
• Excellent command of German; business-level proficiency in English and/or French
