Customer Service Representative at the Credit Office

Tasks

• Through your work, you ensure the maintenance and monitoring of the bank’s creditworthiness and support the selection and sale of risk-relevant exposures (including loans).
• You will support the periodic (monitoring) measures and help identify credit risks at an early stage.

What you bring with you

• You have several years of experience in evaluating and structuring commercial corporate financing and mortgage financing at a Swiss bank, preferably in the Eastern Switzerland region.
• You have extensive expertise in financial services law as it pertains to retail banking in Switzerland.
• Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you quickly identify risks and find solutions that make good business deals possible.
• With a healthy balance of risk awareness and pragmatism, you identify key challenges and help frontline staff build lasting customer relationships.
