Customer Service Representative at the Credit Office

Tasks:

• Through your work, you ensure the maintenance and oversight of the bank’s loan portfolios and are involved in the selection and decision-making process, specifically by conducting periodic reviews and continuously adjusting credit lines.
• You will assist with periodic review visits and help identify credit risks at an early stage.

Requirements:

• You have several years of experience in evaluating and structuring commercial corporate finance and mortgage loans at a Swiss bank, preferably in the Eastern Switzerland region.
• You have extensive expertise in financial services for private and corporate clients in Switzerland.
• Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you are able to quickly identify risks and propose appropriate solutions that pave the way for successful business deals.
• With a healthy balance of risk awareness and pragmatism, you identify key challenges and help frontline staff build new customer relationships every day.
