Customer Service Representative

Tasks
As a client advisor, you conduct consultations on basic services. You offer financing options tailored to clients’ needs or assist businesses and individuals in selecting the right investments based on their risk tolerance and appetite. You have knowledge of finance, investments, retirement planning, taxes, and payment transactions.Requirements
As a customer service representative, you will have:- A completed banking apprenticeship or comparable basic training with relevant banking experience
- Friendly and respectful interaction with customers
- Proficiency in meeting requirements and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meticulously, reliability, creativity, and initiative
- High level of commitment and customer focus
- Ability to work well with others, flexibility, and a willingness to work hard and perform well
