Your tasks

• You will handle written, telephone, and electronic correspondence and provide expert assistance to private individuals and businesspeople on all questions and topics related to their matters, systems, and forms.
• You will assist with customer management.
• As a knowledgeable point of contact and first-level support specialist for IBEX’s delegated solutions, you empower tradespeople and customers to serve their own clients.
• In addition, you will assist with providing guidance on career choices or the development of department-specific construction projects.
• You will also empower customers and clients to solve problems and identify opportunities for growth that reflect their specific financing needs.
• You will provide comprehensive support in collaborating with our regional offices and branches, as well as in overseeing the process related to our products and services.
• As a financial coach, you work closely with your clients and support them in meeting their specific professional and personal needs.
• This is how you support our regional supply system through personalized solutions—for example, in the areas of social services and resources.
• In doing so, you'll actively contribute to the rewarding role of a financial advisor in both the professional and social spheres.
• You take the needs of your customers into account and put together a customized mix of products and services for each of them.
