The position of Inheritance Advisor at UBS offers the opportunity to work on challenging mandates in the area of matrimonial property and inheritance law and to develop customized solutions for wealthy private clients and business families. The ideal candidate will have a law degree and several years of expertise in inheritance and succession law.

The role

Do you want to realize your legal passion and discuss all aspects of matrimonial property and inheritance law with our clients? We offer you the opportunity to handle demanding mandates from wealthy private clients and entrepreneurial families - across generations, without the burden of self-employment such as client acquisition and debtor risk.
  • Excellent advice: You develop customized solutions in matrimonial property and inheritance law, supplemented by expertise in inheritance and gift tax law as well as adult protection law.
  • Drafting skills: You will draft regulations for estate planning, marriage and inheritance contracts, will templates, contracts for lifetime asset assignments and templates for individualized advance care directives.
  • Professional representation: You present your expertise at internal and external events and actively contribute to the further development of the department through presentations.

The Career Comeback Program enables an interdisciplinary exchange by allowing you to get to know UBS in all major financial centers throughout Switzerland as part of a 6-month trainee program with a rotation-based approach following your training.
