The position of Inheritance Advisor at UBS offers the opportunity to handle challenging mandates in matrimonial property and inheritance law and to develop customized solutions for wealthy individuals and business families. The ideal candidate will have a degree in law and several years of expertise in inheritance and succession law.

The role

Do you want to realize your legal passion and discuss all aspects of matrimonial property and inheritance law with our clients? We offer you the opportunity to handle demanding mandates from wealthy private individuals and entrepreneurial families - across generations, without the burden of self-employment such as client acquisition and debtor risk.
  • Excellent advice: You develop customized solutions in matrimonial property and inheritance law, supplemented by expertise in inheritance and gift tax law as well as adult protection law.
  • Drafting skills: You will draft regulations for estate planning, marriage and inheritance contracts, will templates, contracts for lifetime asset transfers and templates for individualized advance care directives.
  • Professional representation: You present your expertise at internal and external events and actively contribute to the further development of the department through presentations.
