The role

Tasks

These are your core tasks:

• At the branch, you represent the bank, warmly welcome customers, and act as their host.
• You will advise customers on the topics of pensions and investments and develop your specialist knowledge in these areas.
• And finally, you’ll help customers get excited about the digital world and assist them with e-banking, mobile banking, or TWINT.

Requirements

• You can provide customers with personal advice if they wish.
• You feel comfortable working in a team and are confident in your written and spoken German.
