UBS is seeking a leader for its office in Gstaad who will manage and motivate a team of employees while representing the interests of international clients in this tourist destination. The position requires commercial training, experience in investment and asset management, and strong communication and representation skills.

The role

Are you engaging and success-oriented? Are leadership, coaching, and consulting your passion? Then we are seeking a strong sales leader who can take the helm at our office and has a flair for the concerns of our international clientele.

Tasks

- You will lead and motivate a team of employees and develop their skills - You will oversee day-to-day operations and enforce safety guidelines - You will represent the company in the local market and build networks - You will implement measures to systematically develop the market, paying particular attention to acquiring new customers
