The role

Are you engaging and success-oriented? Are leadership, coaching, and consulting your passion? Then we are seeking a strong sales leader who can take the helm at our office and has a flair for the concerns of our international clientele.

Tasks

- You will lead and motivate a team of employees and develop their skills - You will oversee day-to-day operations and enforce safety guidelines - You will represent the company in the local market and build networks - You will implement measures to systematically develop the market, paying particular attention to acquiring new customers

- Commercial training, ideally in administration - Sound understanding of investment and asset management - Knowledge of the local market - Enjoy working with international clients - Comfortable dealing with cultural and linguistic diversity, curious about technical progress, and very open to digitalization - Sales performance and strong service orientation - Empathy and enjoyment of working with people - Communication and representation skills - Strong organizational skills - Committed to the success of the team - Fluent German and good French skills
