The role

Are you engaging and success-oriented? Are leadership, coaching, and consulting your passion? Then we are seeking a strong sales leader who can take the helm at our office and has a flair for the concerns of our international clientele.

Tasks

Your main responsibilities are:

• You lead and motivate a team of employees and develop them further.
• You oversee day-to-day operations and enforce security policies.
• Represent and build networks in the local market
• You implement measures to systematically develop the market, paying particular attention to acquiring new customers

Requirements

We would like to see:

• Business training, ideally in administration
• Sound understanding of investment and asset management
• Knowledge of the local market
• Enjoyment in dealing with international customers
• Proficiency in dealing with cultural and linguistic diversity, as well as a curiosity about technological progress and a strong openness to digitalization
• Sales performance and high service orientation
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Communication and representation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Committed to the success of our customers
• Fluent German and good knowledge of French
