The role

Tasks

And these are your core tasks:

• You lead and motivate a team of employees and develop them further.
• You oversee day-to-day operations and enforce security policies.
• Represent and build networks in the local market
• You implement measures to systematically develop the market. In doing so, you pay particular attention to acquiring new customers.

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally in the field of investment and asset management
• Sound understanding of investment and asset management
• Knowledge of the local market
• Enjoyment in dealing with international customers
• Skill in dealing with cultural and linguistic diversity, curiosity about technological progress, and great openness to digitalization
• Sales performance and high service orientation
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Communication and representation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Committed to the success of our team
• Fluent German and good knowledge of French
