UBS is seeking a leader for its office in Gstaad who will manage and motivate a team of employees while representing the interests of international clients in this tourist destination. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, representing UBS in the local market, and acquiring new clients.

The role

Tasks

- You will lead and motivate a team of employees and develop their skills - You will oversee day-to-day operations and enforce safety guidelines - You will represent the company in the local market and build networks - You will implement measures to systematically develop the market, paying particular attention to acquiring new customers.

Requirements

- Commercial training, ideally in the field of investment and asset management - Sound understanding of investment and asset management - Knowledge of the local market - Enjoy working with international clients - Comfortable dealing with cultural and linguistic diversity, curious about technical progress, and very open to digitalization - Sales performance and high service quality - Empathy and enjoyment of working with people - Communication and representation skills - Strong organizational skills - Committed to the success of our team - Fluent German and good French skills
