The role
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for processing and checking the credit applications of our sales partners for the Zurich / Eastern Switzerland region.
- Processing of dossiers
- Supporting sales partners in connection with order processing
- Checking contract copies for completeness and correctness
- Direct contact person for our sales partners
- Excellent service and communication of financing decisions
- Active sales support
Requirements
- Commercial banking apprenticeship or comparable vocational training
- 2 years or more experience in customer service
- Ability to work in a team and collegial working style
- Independent and precise way of working
- High flexibility, initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in German and excellent language skills in German and English (native speaker or fluent)
